The Marbled Desk Tray is handmade in Italy by Venetian artisans using marbled paper—a technique steeped in history. The marbled pattern, created through the meticulous combination of pigments, oils, and water, renders each object a unique work of art, impossible to replicate exactly. Available in two beautiful colors, yellow and green. These rectangular trays can be used as both decorative and functional objects in your work space.
The ancient Ofer bookbindery practices this centuries-old tradition in its two historical workshops in Padua and Venice, producing sophisticated bindings and papers – not only marbled but also ebru and stamped. These varieties of paper are among the most valuable of all paper products, and are entirely handmade by craftsmen.
